Appliances!

Al and I went to Sears tonight and picked out all of our appliances for our house! So exciting! All stainless steel, Kenmore appliances.

Dishwasher - a nice quiet one!

Our fridge. It's also in stainless steel and it has a water feature on the door but the ice maker is actually in the freezer which gives us more room on both doors of the fridge!

Hood vent. We liked the chimney look instead of a vent under cabinets.

Glass cooktop, slide in range with touch controls.

The oven part of the range.

Single wall oven. We opted to go with a range and a wall oven instead of a dual wall oven so that we wouldn't have to put a microwave on the counter. Instead we are going to have a microwave inserted over the single wall oven.

Our washer/dryer. We decided to go with a top loader washer instead of the front loader. Aesthetically, the front loaders are nicer to look at but when it comes down to it (and price) the top loaders do exactly the same thing. :-) So we saved a bit of money on that. And, this washer/dryer pair are HUGE!!

I can't wait to see everything IN the house! We had fun tonight and the saleslady kept telling us how cute we were! lol! I wonder if she was just trying to make a sale! haha! Not included in the picture is a stainless steel trash compactor which looks like a smaller version of the dishwasher. The only things we have left to buy as far as appliances are a wine fridge and a microwave!
